Our sheathing gantry enables you to improve production speed and safety by lifting and delivering sheets of material – such as drywall or OSB – one at a time. Once the sheet is lifted, an operator can easily and accurately position it onto a wall, floor or roof panel before it is fastened in place. The sheathing gantry reduces heavy manual lifting, enhances precision and streamlines production for consistent, high-quality panel assemblies. This station can cover and fasten boards on a standard element in 5 minutes with manual operation, and it can be combined with our multifunction bridge for even faster and automatic fastening of the panels.
